Found myself in Fort Langley @thunderbirdshowpark where my kid’s hard work inspires me and in the welcoming arms of the local chartered @metisnationbc Metis community who called me, welcomed us, took me on an adventure to @localitybrewing (which is Metis owned) and extended hospitality that I am certain only Indigenous people know. I’m forever grateful @dariankovacs. Today I learned that where you are is where you belong. Life lessons at 50.
